With over 28 years of experience in the flooring industry, I offer a unique combination of hands-on installation expertise, technical product knowledge, and a deep understanding of flooring systems from the ground up.

Installation Expertise

I began my career with 15 years in hard surface flooring installation, where I developed a strong foundation in best practices across a wide range of materials, including hardwood, vinyl, laminate, and tile. This real-world experience allows me to identify and understand the causes of flooring failures with a level of insight that only comes from time on the job site.

Sales and Distribution Background

For 8 years, I managed sales and distribution for a flooring supply company. In this role, I worked closely with contractors, builders, and retailers to ensure a smooth and reliable supply chain. My focus on customer service and product knowledge helped build lasting relationships and contributed to consistent business growth.

Technical Sales in Manufacturing

Over the past 5 years, I’ve worked in technical sales within the manufacturing sector, specializing in flooring installation products. This role has allowed me to support clients with product training, specification guidance, and application recommendations—helping them make confident, informed decisions for their projects.
